CANCELLATION POLICY.
We value our clients time and we hope you value ours while we try to look after all our clients needs. We require 48 hours notice for a any appointment changes or cancellation, please call the salon to make these changes. (txt will NOT be accepted) We require 50% of booked service to be paid time of cancellation. For a NO SHOW to an appointment we require full appointment booked to be paid for before any future appointments to be made.
We will TXT you a week prior to your appointment, please TXT back YES or call for any other changes.
