With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Brett is a master of his craft, known for his exceptional skill in both colouring and cutting. Having honed his expertise during his time in London and through a successful career spanning decades, Brett sets the highest standards in hairdressing. Having been a part of the ATS family for 12 years, he’s a much-loved and trusted member of the team.

Brett’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that each client’s hair journey is expertly tailored, whether they’re seeking vibrant colour transformations, precision cuts, or the flawless finish of his renowned blow-dries. His sharp bobs and beautifully formulated colours have earned him a loyal following, and his clients consistently leave feeling their absolute best.

When not in the salon, Brett enjoys tropical getaways with his family and is also a talented cook, much to the delight of the salon team. His warmth, charm, and dynamic personality have made him an irreplaceable part of the ATS family.

With experience spanning over a decade, Erin has been crafting, colouring and cutting at ATS for the last four years. Her dedication to prioritising education and keeping ahead of industry trends has resulted in her acquiring skills, techniques and expertise, earning the title of Principal Stylist.

Golden, effortless and head-turning hair is Erin’s passion. With an exceptional eye for detail, she has forged a fierce reputation for her delicate and intrinsic foiling work. Whether it’s seamless baby lights or beachy texture and dimension, her commitment to exceptional styling means every client leaves with stunning results.

Our self-proclaimed ‘cowgirl’, Erin hails from the sunny Sunshine Coast and much like her home state of Queensland, brings a sense of warmth and positive energy to the ATS team. In her spare time, Erin enjoys staying active with Pilates, exploring fashion through curated outfits, and unwinding with a good book or a sunny afternoon cocktail. A fan of Sydney’s vibrant dining scene, she often seeks out the perfect bowl of ramen. You might even hear her sing a country tune or catch her enjoying the atmosphere of the salon, always adding to its welcoming energy.

With over 16 years of experience in the hair industry, Bernise brings a wealth of expertise from her roots in Cape Town, South Africa, to her travels around the world, having worked in salons aboard luxury cruise ships.

Her true passion lies in creating seamless colour blends and perfecting precision cuts. Whether it’s crafting the perfect chic bob or experimenting with beautiful colour, Bernise’s dedication to her craft shines through in every detail.

Her calm demeanour and eloquent approach make every client feel comfortable and confident, and her work ethic speaks volumes about her passion for hairdressing.

What excites Bernise most about her role is the variety each day brings – no two clients are ever the same, and she loves the challenge that comes with every unique request.

Always striving to grow, she is constantly expanding her knowledge and honing her skills to stay ahead of industry trends.

Outside of the salon, Bernise enjoys staying active with stand-up paddleboarding, long walks, and Pilates. Early mornings soaking up the calm & quiet is her favourite way to start the day!

Meet Brittany, our newest senior stylist at ATS, who’s quickly made a name for herself with her expertise in colour corrections and transformative makeovers. Whether it’s a dramatic new look or perfecting that creamy blonde shade, Brittany excels at bringing bold hair visions to life.

Specialising in everything from Priscilla Valles extensions to advanced hair care, Brittany is passionate about ensuring your hair stays healthy and vibrant. Her in-depth knowledge of hair health means you’ll leave the salon not only with stunning results but also with the tools and advice to maintain your look at home. Brittany’s commitment to ongoing education and refining her skills makes her an integral part of the team. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Brittany walking her two French bulldogs, savouring an amaretto sour before hitting the dance floor or planning her next big adventure - perhaps an African safari. And yes, she’s known to occasionally bend the rules when it comes to parking!

With over 17 years in the hair industry, including four years at ATS and a global journey with Toni & Guy, Crystal is a true master of her craft. Celebrated for her exceptional precision and artistic vision, she has earned a reputation for transforming haircuts from timeless classics to bold, avant-garde styles.

Crystal’s expertise covers all hair types and textures, blending innovative techniques with a keen understanding of her clients’ needs. Her approach combines creativity with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every cut is as unique as the person in her chair. Beyond her technical skills, Crystal is deeply committed to providing a personalised experience, helping clients feel confident and empowered through their style choices. Maddie’s goal is to ensure that each client leaves her chair not only looking fabulous but also feeling confident and rejuvenated.

Outside the salon, Jade stays on top of the latest beauty trends, enjoys time with her three dogs, and is always planning her next travel adventure. She looks forward to making your experience at ATS truly unforgettable.

As the Operations Manager at ATS, Jade is the powerhouse behind our unwavering commitment to excellence. With a dynamic background as a beauty therapist in Sydney and a wedding and events coordinator on the picturesque Hamilton Island, Jade effortlessly blends her management and meticulous organisational skills to curate the ultimate Allure experience.

Partnering closely with Renee, Jade ensures the salon’s day-to-day operations run like clockwork, while continually enhancing the client journey with fresh ideas and innovative solutions. She plays an integral role in nurturing future talent by designing tailored, year-round training plans for our apprentices, ensuring they’re always on the cutting edge of the latest trends and techniques.

When she’s not refining the Allure experience, you’ll find Jade scouting hidden gems along the NSW coast, enjoying chic weekends with friends in Sydney, or holidaying in her native home of New Zealand.
