At just 23, Renee founded Allure the Salon, driven by a deep passion for hair and a vision to elevate the luxury salon experience on the Central Coast. Over the past 27 years, her entrepreneurial spirit has evolved into true leadership, earning her a respected place across the industry and attracting the best of the best to the Allure team.

Renee is not only shaping the future of hairdressing but driving it forward, working across various fashion shows, including Australian Fashion Week and Chanel’s Spring/Summer show with Oribe. She has travelled the world, leading educational workshops, presenting for renowned brands, and collaborating with industry icons - many of whom she now calls friends.
Her ‘Real Talk’ sessions - in partnership with leading stylists including Michael Kelly, Maria Unali and Sheree Knobel - have been established to give back to the industry, providing salon owners the unique opportunity to connect and hear from some of the best.
In 2021, Allure The Salon was awarded the coveted Best Salon Design at the Australian Hair Industry Awards.
The contemporary masseria style space was designed by brand specialists We Are Triibe, who were tasked with capturing the raw beauty of the Mediterranean and the traditional architecture of Puglia in the south of Italy, a country and culture that is very close to Renee’s heart.
Renee’s dedication to excellence and continuous growth keeps her at the forefront of the latest trends and techniques, consistently redefining the standard for beauty. Her approach is not just about ‘hair transformation’ but crafting a personalised, boutique experience.
